Counting reads in a region with no annotated protein-coding gene
This image illustrates using the selection tool (the arrow icon) to select a set of reads over a region of the Arabidopsis genome with no annotated protein-coding gene. This region might contain a gene of another type, e.g., an "other RNA" gene. To check this, load the TAIR10 ALL data set.
Note that the number of selected items appears in the lower left corner of the IGB window. The version of IBG is 6.5., released in April, 2011.
